These Mercury Capri Windshield Wiper Arms / Capri Windshield Wiper Arms often require replacement most likely, due to mounting "holes" through which the Capri Windshield Wiper Arm transmission threaded studs / "nibs" pass through and accept the 10mm nut are often broken-off and/or striped from "wear & tear", wind damage, or simply over tightening. These BRAND NEW Mercury Capri Windshield Wiper Armst / Capri Windshield Wiper Arms ARE ONLY SOLD IN SETS (1 RH / Passenger's Side & 1 LH / Driver's Side).
For Ease of identification, the original Ford part number for the Mercury Capri Wiper Arm when new was for the RH: FOJY17526A / FOJY-17526-A and for the LH: FOJY17527A / FOJY-17527-A, E9JY-17527-A,
E9JY17527B / E9JY17527B.
This BRAND
NEW Mercury Capri Windshield Wiper Arm SET
includes the plastic nut cover. Therefore, the customer may need to re-use their old cover(s). Each Mercury Capri Windshield Wiper Arm mounts onto the two two 10mm bolts/"nibs" protruding from the cowling and connected to the Mercury Capri wiper transmission. Again, The two (2) 10mm nuts used to fasten the Wiper Arms to the Mercury Capri Wiper Transmission are NOT included, so you'll need to re-use your old ones.
