A BRAND NEW Mercury Capri Down Pipe / Capri Down Pipe / Mercury Capri Header Pipe / Capri Header Pipe / Mercury Capri Elbow Front Pipe /  Capri Elbow Front Pipe - NON-TURBO ( Base Model MODELS) including Manual Transmission (M/T) & Automatic Transmission (A/T). The original Ford part number for this Mercury Capri Down Pipe / Header Elbow Pipe (BASE MODEL - NON-Turbo) is no longer active in the Ford database as it is obsolete.  This Mercury Capri Base Model (NON-TURBO) Downpipe does not have the heat shield that was welded to the original; this actually can be considered a major "plus" in that they tended to come loose & rattle. A majority of Mercury Capri owners that experienced this constant rattling ended up having the shield cut off the Mercury Capri Down Pipe / Header Elbow Pipe to remedy the problem.
