These Mercury Capri REAR Struts SETS / Capri REAR Strut SETS (SOLD IN SETS OF TWO ONLY, BUT PRICED INDIVIDUALLY) can be used on 1994 Mercury Capri Models (typically the XR2 Models) with Sport Suspension, but you will lose the rear "anti-vibration" feature as these struts lack the required specialized brackets to hook-up this feature. The ABOVE PIC is for illustraction purposes only, so the Struts you receive may appear slightly different. There are no manufactures offering the Mercury Capri Rear Strut Assemblies / Capri Rear Strut Assemblies struts which incorporate this feature of having the required specialized brackets to accommodate this "Sport Suspension" feature. Please also note, we have observed that the "Sport Suspension" was installed on Capri models that were not ordered with this option.
